SERVICE TERMS FOR EVENT PRODUCTION PARTNERSHIPS.
By approving a proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or initial payment to Pro Show Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to event production services, including planning, equipment, staffing, and on-site support.
Pro Show Productions, LLC works to deliver services according to agreed timelines. Delivery schedules depend on timely client approvals, venue access, accurate event information, and availability of required resources.
Clients agree to pay all invoiced fees from Pro Show Productions, LLC according to the payment schedule in the SOW or proposal. Third-party costs such as venue fees, rentals, permits, and subcontractor charges may be billed separately as outlined in the agreement.
Upon full payment, the client owns final deliverables specifically created for their event, unless otherwise stated in writing. Pro Show Productions, LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing processes, templates, and internal production methods.
Either party may terminate services based on the notice period defined in the governing agreement. Upon termination, Pro Show Productions, LLC will stop work, provide final billing, and coordinate reasonable project closeout steps.
